Merchandise Vendor Booth Space: 15’x10’ = $100.00

Food Vendor Booth Space: 10’x20’ = $150.00

  • You will be notified by email if your application is approved.

  • A payment link will be in your approval email.

  • Full payment must be made before your booth space is reserved.

VENDOR APPLICATION

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • No electricity or water is available. Quiet generators may be used. No tents or chairs provided.

  • The hours of the event are Friday, October 10th, 9 AM – Sunset, October 11th, 9 AM – Sunset.

  • Set up times are Thursday October 9th, 12 PM – 5 PM and Friday Oct 10th, 7 AM – 8:30 AM

  • Vendors are responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes.

  • Food vendors must submit proof of liability insurance and health department inspection.

  • The event promoter of property owners will not be responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or injury to vendors.

  • We ask all vendors to help us promote this event through social media.

  • Booths will be assigned on a first-come basis.

  • The event is held in all weather. No refunds because of the weather.

  • Payment must be received to hold booth space.
